1. Target achievement ,Sales Development, Making New Distributer, followups for sales order, Monthly Sales planning, Competition tracking, Allocate manpower, Training and guide members ensuring sales business generation, Appointment of new Stockist.
2. Assist team in implementation of the sales plans to achieve the targeted growth in revenue and profit with quality customer-service standards and other operational parameters.
3. Execute the activities, campaigns and other promotional events in coordination with Department Head to maximize business and engage customers at each location.
4. Identifies business opportunities by identifying customers/clients. Visit potential customers for new business development.
5. Responsible for generating business from current customers including but not limited to Doctors, Nursing Homes, Hospitals through visits, conducting activities, etc.
