1. General Policy:
Clients can cancel or reschedule their job request with a minimum of 24 hours notice before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the start time will incur a 250/- fee or may result in forfeiture of any pre-paid deposit.
2. Cancellation Fee:
More than 24 hours' notice: No fee.
Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the job cost
No-show or failure to notify: 100% of the job cost
3. Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule their job with at least 24 hours notice without incurring additional fees.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the original start time may incur a 250/- fee or may be subject to availability.
4. Refunds:
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days minus any applicable cancellation fees.
5. Emergencies and Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
