Errors or Mistakes: If there are errors or mistakes in the work that were not a result of incorrect instructions or input from the client, we will correct them at no additional cost or offer a partial refund based on the extent of the issue.
4. Non-Refundable Situations:
Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided for a change of mind or if the client decides they no longer need the service after it has been completed. Client Error: If the issue is due to incorrect information or instructions provided by the client, a refund will not be issued. However, we will work with you to resolve the problem.
