Job Description & Responsibilities :-

1. Candidate must be from R&D Centre.

2. Pre formulation studies of Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical and Cosmeceutical & Medicinal Devices and to check the compatibility of the API with different excipients.

3. Formulation development of Pharmaceutical, utraceutical and Cosmeceutical & Medicinal Devices.

4. Execution of successful technology transfer at commercial site.

5. Literature survey and to design strategy for the formulation of the projects.

6. Day to day execution of the planned batches in the laboratory.

7. Manufacturing of lab-scale stability batches,involves monitoring of stability batches with review of Routine and stability data.

8. Setting of QTPP for Pharmaceutical product development.

9. Optimization of the prototype formulation by evaluating the Critical Process Parameters and Critical Quality attributes.

10. Improvement in existing formulations and possibility of new dosage forms.

11. Checking in-process parameters during product development.

12. Carrying out the activities as per ICH and Stability Guideline as per requirement.

13. Scale up activity at the production plant.

14. Coordinating with the Cross Functional Team for timely execution of project work.

15. LNB Writing, preparation of Master formula card and Product development reports.

16. Preparation of product Specification request.

17. Support to RA in Query Response from Various Agencies for product approval.
