Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software, ERP systems, and manufacturing-related tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
