Job Summary:
A sales associate in a clothing store is responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs,

A. Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, assist them in finding products that meet their needs, and answer any questions they may have.
2. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the store’s products, including new arrivals, trends, and promotions, to effectively assist customers and suggest complementary items.
3. Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs, recommend products, and upsell or cross-sell items to increase sales.
4. Merchandising: Assist with the display of merchandise to attract customers and enhance the shopping experience. This includes organizing shelves, folding clothes, and setting up promotional displays.

6. Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process payments, handle returns and exchanges, and issue receipts to customers.
