As a Sales Manager at Dagar Industries Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to drive revenue growth across our product and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Development:

a. Recruit, onboard, and train sales representatives to build a high-performing sales team.

b. Set clear objectives and performance metrics, regularly reviewing and coaching team members to achieve these goals.

c. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the sales team.

2. Sales Strategy Execution:

a. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with Dagar Industries Solutions\' business objectives.

b. Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand the company’s market presence.

c. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and promotional strategies.

3.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

a. Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring that the team meets or exceeds them.

b. Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.

c. Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management, offering insights and recommendations.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

a. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

b. Address client concerns promptly, working closely with the sales and support teams to resolve issues.

c. Leverage CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and improve the sales process.

5.Market Analysis and Forecasting:

a. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

b. Develop accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the overall business planning process.

c. Ensure the sales team is equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively compete in the market.

6.Budget Management:

a. Manage the sales department’s budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.

b. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the effectiveness of sales operations.

7.Skills and Qualifications:
