1. Optimize AMC & Maintenance cost of I.T. dept.

2. Inputs for Optimize IT inventory and control consumable cost.

3. Maintains high level of internal customer satisfaction and relationships.

4. Providing optimized software to end user.

5. Ensures continuous availability of software and network.

6. Provide SAP basis support and monitoring.

7. Managing intranet portals and Windows Operating system.

8. AD, O365 support activities.

9. Managing and maintaining Mines Offices Weigh bridges system with state government.

10. Managing local LAN intranet website for ISO management system.

11. Planning & implementation for expansion of Systems & Network Layout at new location and Renovated Offices.

12. Compliance to the IMS for internal and external audit.

13. Providing support for planning and implementation of Centralized, I.T. related new Projects for Gotan units.

14. End User training.

15. Work in Team environment.

16. Self-development by learning new technologies as per business requirement.
