1. Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
2. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
3. Following standard procedures for proper development of leads.
4. Assist in Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
5. Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
6. Preparing reports for head office & Corporate Office.
7. Assist in Meeting regular sales targets.
8. Recording and maintaining client contact data
9. Co-ordinating sales projects
10. Calling, emailing and generate potential clients
11. Managing database.
12. Make daily schedule for meetings and regular updates of their status.
13. Report to Project Manager.
14. Assist in Lead the responses to customer RFQs, this is working with project engineering to develop proposals and quotations that match the customer s needs and objectives.
15. Assist the Project Manager in the review of RFQ and contract documentation.
16. Assist in Liaise with internal teams and ensure quality work consistency.
17. Deal with Marketing Software to manage client s appointments, their database, status etc
18. Assist Project department in documentations of project execution.
19. Support in Project planning.
20. Co-ordination with Site team as per requirement.
21. Participate in project and marketing department.
