7. Prototype development

8. Testing result analysis.

9. Design To delivery time Enquiry, manufacturing orders, BOM

10. Quality improvement through design of existing product range.

11. Expansion of product range based on business target.

12. Indepth knowledge of 3 phase & single phase motor design.

13. Indepth knowledge of motor applications.

14. Fast response for preparing datasheets, technical documents and BOM.

15. Basic knowledge of cost of costing.

16. Indepth knowledge of standards & Testing processes

17. Knowledge of SAP for BOM creation.

18. Creativeness & inclusiveness on cross functional activities.
