Job Description :-

1. As a GLC Cluster Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing operations and driving sales activities across multiple Growth and Logics Centers (GLC) within your assigned cluster. 

2. Your role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of operations of the GLCs and the sales processes within the rural catchment of the GLC in alignment with organizational goals.

3. The cluster is at a sub-district level and would cover close to 250-300 villages, and some of the smaller towns within the catchment area.

Responsibilities :-

1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple centers within the cluster.

2. Implement standardized operational processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

3. Work towards achieving operational excellence in accordance with company standards.

4. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the cluster

5. Engage with the customers and the retailers to educate them on the benefits of Shunya and helping them self-order using the Shunya mobile apps.

6. Lead and motivate the teams at each center to meet individual and collective sales goals.

7. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.

8. Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams at each center.

9. Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

10. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture within the cluster.
