Job Description & Responsibilies :-

1. Protect companys property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.

2. Look for new security techniques and processes and strive to implement effective security systems.

3. Submit all required security reports to the management and Security head as and when required.

4. Conduct routine patrolling and checking across plants under the Lead role.

5. Responsible for respective areas of deployed and minimize all threats and risks on a day to day basis.

6. Control and minimize accidents and thefts and formulate mitigation plans to avoid them in future.

7. Monitor the loading/unloading of all material including raw materials/finished goods, by the gate security guards.

8. Control traffic management within Plant to ensure all internal roads remain accident free

9. Keep constant touch with local Police stations as well as Senior Police officials at the local level for security of the plant.

10. Horticulture: Ensure Environment Preservation/ Bio diversity. Maintain the Greenery index of the plant .
