Job Description & Responsibilities :-

1. M.Sc. Organic Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry -with 2 -5 Yrs experience in Research and Development including Process Development and scale up operations.

2. Knowledge of multi-step chemical synthesis via oxidation, reduction, esterification, hydrogenation, acylation, halogenations,alkylation, bromination and chlorination.

3. Must have Performed synthetic chemistry reaction and reaction work up, Impurity synthesis.

4. Must have knowledge of Purification of organic compounds through techniques such as crystallization, fractional column distillation, decolourisation, column chromatography etc.

5. Transfer of technology Process from R&D lab to kilo lab and Pilot Scale.

6. Monitoring of Pilot Trials.

7. Responsible in process development by synthesizing small to large scale quantities of compounds to support the needs of discovery scientists and working with process chemistry in solving challenges associated with the chemistry.

8. Focus on improving the optimum process and technology to synthesizing the promising compounds and on making the compounds efficiently, cost-effectively, and in the safest manner.

9. Major focus on cheap, environmentally benign and readily available starting materials, reagents and catalysts.

10. Familiar in using modern synthetic organic methodology, chromatographic techniques, and High Vacuum Distillation to purify the desired product.

11. Proficient with recrystallization technique to isolate high pure product.

12. Literature search of new product& find the new method of manufacturing.
