Job Description & Responsibilities :-

1. Manage Operational procurement for spare parts related to Service business needs for India & Middle East.

2. Manage the Procurement related to Internal , External supplier , Import parts.

3. Collaboration with the Internal Sales team , Service team , BL , Sourcing team.

4. Advance SAP knowledge (Master data , Procurement data etc.).

5. Good Presentation skills.

6. Examine records of amounts due and ensure invoices are paid according to terms and discounts taken.

7. Manage implementation/deployment issues feedback and issue resolution to ensure commitments and milestones are met.

8. Manage the enablement of sourcing and procurement applications such as Coupa, Ariba (Ariibabuyer), Emportis, and Ivalua.

9. Manage the enablement of sourcing and procurement applications such as SAP SRM, Ariba/Ariibabuyer, Emportis, and Oracle/I-Procurement.

10. Executes sourcing strategies within geographical scope - including multiple plant locations, countries, or clusters - ensuring consistency with Global Indirect category strategies.

11. Monitors and analyzes owned programs, process solutions, key metrics and processoriented tasks and situations.

12. Support the acquisition, deployment, and management any other Purchase-To-Pay related technologies to drive efficiencies and cost savings.

13. Monitor and regularly report on usage of P2P tools and develop and implement plans for improving tool usage/value.

14. Serve as the help desk for users relating to the Purchase-To-Pay tools employed.

15. Manage creation of POs when necessary.
