Job Description :-

1. We are looking to hire a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to assist our client with computer hardware and software issues. 

2. You will be required to work on- site and assist with hardware installations, systems integrations, software upgrades and basic IT related issues.

3. 6 Months to 3 Years of experience as Desktop Support Engineer.

4. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

5. Knowledge of Computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.

6. Knowledge of operating systems (windows 10, Linux operating system), Software applications, and remote connection systems.

7. Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office, O- 365, Antivirus Management, Printer Configuration, L1 Network Support.

8. Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.

9. Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:-

1. Responding to client support requests.

2. Troubleshooting hardware and Software issues.

3. Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.

4. Installing and upgrading operating Systems and computer software.

5. Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.

6. Completing job reports.

7. Willing to travel to the Client s location.

8. Candidate must have own transport to commute to work.
