Job description & Responsiblitis :-

1. Hand-on experience in mechanical and Knowledge of Basic Electrical.

2. Knowledge of Hydraulic Systems, drawing reading and making, Fitting type, and other material function hydraulic items.

3. Knowledge about Furnace Maintenance, Casting line maintenance, air-operated pump, centrifugal pump, and High-pressure pump.

4. Understanding of ball screw, Slide, and Basic condition check of the machine.

5. Making of the roller assembly, Bearing fitting system.

6. Knowledge of DG, Compressor, Pump House Maint.

7. Knowledge about limit, fit, tolerance.

8. Troubleshooting of CNC Lathe, Fanuc based m/c, and casting m/c, and Induction furnaces. Cranes, Utility m/cs.

9. Knowledge in making freehand drawings / 3-D Drawings of objects in Auto CAD.

10. Knowledge of Mechanical Drawing, and Mechanical repairing of Pumps.

11. Knowledge of Maintaining Data Like MTBF-MTTR, Utility consumption, Maint. Records updating.

12. Knowledge of ACB Maintenance and Operations.

13. Knowledge of shift handling.

14. Knowledge of Basic Computer.

15. Communication should be good in English and Hindi.
